Wishwell sells a small digital experience: a coin, the wishing ritual, its animation, and a keepsake. This page explains how purchases work.
Wishwell is a symbolic ritual and entertainment experience. Payment purchases a digital moment — writing a wish, casting a coin, and a keepsake. It does not guarantee outcomes, predict the future, improve the odds of any event, heal illness, or sell luck.
Digital coin purchases are generally final once the coin has been successfully cast and the digital experience has been delivered. If you were charged more than once, were charged but did not receive a usable coin or toss, or experienced a technical failure, contact support and we'll review the transaction. This policy does not limit rights or remedies available under applicable law or through your payment provider.
If you were charged more than once, were charged but did not receive a usable coin or toss, or hit a technical failure, contact support and we'll review the transaction. We record only what we need to confirm a purchase was delivered — never the text of your wish.
This is draft policy copy for the current build and will be finalized before real payments are enabled.
